8 ounces yellow Cherry tomatoes
1 small Red onion
1 garlic
½ ounce Basil (1/2 bunch)
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
peppers
1 ounce Arugula
7 ounces Cottage cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel onion and garlic. Halve onion and cut into rings. Chop garlic finely.

2.

Wash basil, dab dry and chop finely.

3.

Mix tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Wash the arugula and dab dry. Arrange tomato salad with arugula and cottage cheese.
