Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing, mix mustard in a bowl with honey until smooth. Then add vinegar, vegetable brother and oil, stir and season with salt and pepper.

For the salad, reinse plums, pat dry, remove pits and cut into wedges. Rinse lettuce, wash, spin dry, tear into bite-sized pieces and arrange in serving bowls. Grate cheese over lettuce and cover with plum wedges. Garnish with chives and sprinkle with dressing just before serving.
