200 grams Dark couverture chocolate
300 grams Milk chocolate couveture
150 grams Coconut oil
600 milliliters Whipped cream
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar
250 grams Shortbread
cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Line a rectangular pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Chop both of the chocolate coatings coarsely, cut the coconut oil into small pieces and melt in a pot together with the cream. Mix well and at the end, stir in the vanilla sugar. Pour half the chocolate mixture into the mold and spread evenly.

Place the cookies on it, pour the remaining chocolate over it and refrigerate overnight. Turn the finished cake gently out of the pan, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle the cake with cocoa. Cut with a hot knife into 3x3 cm cubes and serve.
