4 heaping teaspoons mild Coffee coarsely ground (about 25 g)
60 milliliters Whipped cream
2 pieces Sugar cube
4 tablespoons dark Rum

Preparation steps

In a saucepan, bring  400 ml (approximately 13 1/2 ounces) of water to a boil, add the coffee powder and pour into a preheated pot, let stand  5 minutes. In a bowl, beat the cream to soft peaks.

2.

Rinse two large cups with hot water. Pour 2 tablespoons rum into each cup and depending on taste, add 1-2 sugar cubes to each cup. Pour the coffee through a very fine sieve and top each with a dollop of cream. Serve hot.
