- 1 Vanilla bean
- 400 grams Whipped cream
- 100 milliliters strong Coffee
- 60 grams sugar
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 4 Tbsps roasted Peanuts
Preparation

Slit vanilla pod lengthwise. Add cream, sugar and vanilla bean to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Set aside. Stir in hot coffee.

Meanwhile, soak gelatin in cold water. Remove the vanilla pod from the coffee cream. Squeeze the gelatin, add to the hot (not boiling) coffee cream and dissolve while stirring. Rinse 4 small ramekins (about 100 ml/approximately 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoon capacity) with cold water. Distribute the coffee cream among the ramekins and refrigerate 6 hours.

Serve garnished with peanuts.
