50 grams Dark couverture chocolate
100 grams Mascarpone
100 milliliters Whipped cream (whipped to soft peaks)

Preparation steps

1.

Soften the gelatin in cold water. Squeeze out water and dissolve in hot coffee with sugar and liqueur. Chop couverture and melt in the coffee mixture. Mix in the mascarpone and fold in whipped cream. Divide among small cups and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Garnish each serving with a coffee bean.
