75 grams Meringue
600 grams dark Almond nougat
2 teaspoons finely ground Coffee powder
1 centiliter Coffee liqueur

Preparation steps

Place the meringues in a freezer bag and crumble coarsely with a rolling pin. Cut the nougat into small cubes and set aside half (300 grams, approximately 22 ounces). Put rest of nougat in a bowl, melt over a hot water bath. Then take from the heat, put in rest of nougat and stir well. There should be a creamy, smooth mixture formed. Stir in the coffee and the liqueur and pour the mixture into ice confection sleeves. Sprinkle with meringue crumbs and leave to set.
