125 grams butter
1 egg
1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
1 generous pinch Orange zest
1 tablespoon Orange juice
175 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 sprig rosemary
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar
50 grams Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla, orange juice and orange zest and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder. Knead into a smooth dough. Use a teaspoon to heap portions of the dough onto the baking sheet.

Slightly flatten the dough on the baking sheet.

Finely chop the rosemary and mix with the vanilla sugar. Sprinkle half of the cookies with the rosemary sugar. Sprinkle the second half of the cookies with grated coconut.

5.

Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
