Coconut Peach Pie
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a springform pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Drain the peaches and cut into columns. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and syrup until creamy. Melt the butter and mix with the orange juice. Stir the butter mixture into the egg mixture. Mix the flour, baking powder, cornstarch and grated coconut. Mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Fold in the peach columns. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
