1 Glass, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Blender (or immersion blender), 1 Plate

Preparation steps

Coconut Cocktail preparation step 1

Place shredded coconut on a plate. Moisten the rim of a glass with water and press it into the coconut.

Coconut Cocktail preparation step 2

In a blender, combine coconut milk, milk, grenadine and ice cubes. Puree until frothy. Pour into prepared glass and serve immediately.
