250 grams Marzipan
250 grams powdered sugar
2 teaspoons Rose water
3 tablespoons Amaretto
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the marzipan with the powdered sugar and knead. Put the rose water and the amaretto in the marzipan powdered sugar mixture and knead until a malleable dough, but still moist. Roll with hands into small balls of approximately 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter.

Sift the cocoa powder, roll marzipan balls in it and blot excess cocoa carefully before serving.
