2 cups dark semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
1 cup double cream
2 Tbsps butter
cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps

Tip the chocolate into a bowl.

Heat the cream and butter in a pan until simmering then pour over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted and is fully incorporated.

Now is the time to add 1-2 tbsp of any liqueurs or flavourings if desired. Chill for about 4 hours.

Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls with oiled hands. Set on a baking sheet and dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate until needed.
