2 ounces black Olives (pitted)
3 ounces Feta
1 handful Basil
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and drain thoroughly. Cut a slice from the bottom of the tomatoes so that the tomatoes can stand up on their own. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scrape out the insides. Drain the olives and finely dice. Crumble the feta into small pieces.

Rinse the basil and pat dry. Finely chop half of the basil. Mix the basil, feta cheese, olives, and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then place the mixture into the tomatoes. Skewer the remaining basil leaves on toothpicks, then attack to the tomatoes. Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on plates, and serve.
