2 tablespoons
Basil leaves (finely chopped)
3 cloves

Preparation steps

1.
Dissolve the yeast and the sugar in 125 ml warm water. Add to the flour and the olive oil and knead well using an electric mixer with dough hooks. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for around 45 minutes.
2.
Heat the oven to 240°C (220°C in a fan oven), 475°F, gas 9 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
3.
Place the peppers on the prepared baking tray and roast for around 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Skin and chop. Reduce the oven temperature to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.
4.
Mix the pepper with the basil and garlic and season with salt and ground black pepper.
5.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and shape into a roll. Split into 16 pieces and roll out into small pizza bases. Place the bases on the prepared baking tray, create an edge all the way round and top with the pepper mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and leave to rise for another 15 minutes. Bake for around 25 minutes and serve garnished with parsley.
