1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 1 Lid, 1 Can opener

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325F, gas 3.

For the base: Melt the butter and set aside. Mix the crumbs with the cinnamon and sugar, add to the butter and mix well.

Line a round cake tin of baking dish with baking parchment. Spoon in the crumb mixture and press flat with the back of a tablespoon.

For the filling: Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Beat in the cream cheese and the lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the base and bake for approx. 1 hour.
5.
For the topping: Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod and mix with the creme fraiche and confectioners' sugar. Spread over the top of the cake and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
6.
Let cool slightly in the pan. Take out of the tin, cut into slices, and serve.
