3 tablespoons
Also
Pastry flour (for work surface)
Butter (for baking sheet)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Put the flour with salt into a bowl and form a well in the middle. Pour 3 tablespoons oil and 125 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of warm water into the well. Knead to a smooth, elastic dough. Form the dough into a ball, rub with remaining oil, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2.

For the filling: Peel the apples, quarter then remove core and cut into thin slices. Mix apple slices with raisins, sugar, cinnamon and cream.

3.

Melt the butter. Put the dough on a floured kitchen towel and roll out. Brush with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the apple mixture on top and sprinkle with nuts. Roll up dough from a long side into a log and place with the seam down on a buttered baking sheet. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly. To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into slices. Serve with whipped cream.
