Kitchen utensils

1 Small bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Loaf pan (etwa 30x11 cm), 1 Pastry brush, 1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große Bowl, 1 Cup, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Wire rack, 1 Tea strainer

Preparation steps

Beat the eggs with the sugar until thick and creamy. Beat in the flour, salt, baking powder, quark and milk. Chill in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200C (180C fan) 400F, gas 6.
3.
Butter the pan. Spoon in 1/3 of the dough and arrange half of the cherries on it. Spoon on the remaining dough, smooth and sprinkle the remaining cherries on top.
4.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve.
