Citrus Punch with Rum
Remove 3-4 mm (approximately 1/10 of an inch) pieces of the lemon zest. Halve the lemon, then slice one half into 4 pieces. Squeeze the remaining lemon. Squeeze the juice from the orange and grapefruit.
Mix the juice with the white wine, cinnamon, and sugar in a pot. Let infuse for 30 minutes. heat the mixture, but do not boil. Add the rum, and stir until completely combined. Strain the punch into the glasses and serve garnished with the lemon wedges.
