Ingredients

Grapefruits (about 300 grams)

Cucumber (about 500 grams)

large Lemon

sparkling Mineral water (chilled)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 deep bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Punch bowl (or pitcher)

Preparation steps

Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into strips.

Squeeze out juice from the grapefruits. Pour the juice into a tall vessel.

Rinse cucumber thoroughly and wipe dry. Cut a small piece (about 5 cm/approximately 2 inches) into thin slices.

Halve remaining cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds with a teaspoon, cut flesh into cubes and add to vessel.

Rinse lemon in hot water and wipe dry. Cut 1/3 of the lemon into thin slices. Squeeze out juice from remaining lemon and add to the vessel.

Puree cucumber mixture with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour into a punch bowl or pitcher and top with mineral water. Stir to combine, garnish with cucumber slices, lemon slices and mint and serve immediately.
