1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). 

For the cake: Beat the butter with the sugar, syrup, and salt until fluffy. Stir in the egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Chop the apples into small pieces. Mix the flour with the apples, apple juice, and the butter. Scoop 24 small cakes onto a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

For the filling: Beat the cream until stiff. Mix the stabilizer with the powder sugar and cinnamon. Beat into the cream until stiff. Fold in the yogurt. Cover half the cakes with the cream. Cover with the remaining cakes.

Serve with dried apple rings and cinnamon as desired.
