Cucumber (peeled and diced)

Red onion (finely diced)

Basil (chopped)

vegetable stock (from a jar)

Chili powder (to taste)
Sour cream (to serve)

Preparation steps

Step 1/3
Mix the melon and vegetables together, and then add the vegetable stock. Add the white wine and season to taste with pepper and chilli powder.

Leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Serve garnished with strips of pepper and basil. Serve with sour cream if desired.
