Preparation steps

1.
Wash the fruit and cut into bite-size pieces.
2.
Melt the chocolate gently in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Add the spices and stir constantly until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
3.
Pour the melted chocolate into a fondue pot and place on a fondue burner or on a chafing dish.
4.
Thread the fruit onto fondue forks and dip fruit into the warm chocolate. Serve.
