- 150 grams Halloumi cheese
- 200 grams cherry pepper
- 1 handful Basil
- 3 Tbsps olive oil (for brushing)
- Lemon wedge (for serving)
Preparation

Cut the sausage into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick slices. Rinse the cherry peppers and remove seeds. Alternately thread the sausage, bell peppers and basil onto skewers that have been soaked in water.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and cook on a grill or in a grill pan for 3-4 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
