- For the truffles
- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 100 grams Milk chocolate
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 30 milliliters freshly made Espresso
- 50 grams butter
Preparation steps

Cut the chocolate into pieces with a large knife. Bring the cream to a boil in a pot and stir in the espresso. Add the chocolate to the hot coffee-cream mixture, let it melt and mix everything until completely combined. Let the truffle mixture cool for about 2 hours at room temperature.

Cut the butter into small pieces and beat into the chocolate mixture with an electric mixer until fluffy. Fill the creamy truffle mixture into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into small chocolate molds. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with grated chocolate. Keep the chocolate cool until serving.
