Chop the chocolate and nougat into pieces. Mix in a large bowl. Bring the cream to a boil, pour over the chocolate and nougat mixture and stir until melted. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, pour in the chocolate mixture and chill. When the mixture has solidified, remove the foil and cut out 2 cm circles.
Chop the melting chocolate and melt. Dip the chocolate-nougat circles into the melted chocolate, remove, let dry on aluminum foil and serve.
