- 200 grams dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Creme fraiche cheese
- 3 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 100 Chocolate sprinkles
Heat the creme fraiche. Add the crumbled chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the cognac and butter. Let cool.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze.
Spread the chocolate sprinkles on a small plate.
With cool hands, form small balls of the chocolate cream. Roll the truffles in the chocolate sprinkles and let dry. Serve immediately or give as a gift.
