1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl over a hot water bath, heat the cream fraiche and melt the crumbled chocolate. Stir in the rum and butter until well combined and allow to cool and firm up slightly.

Place a large shallow dish in the freezer to chill.

3.

Pour the cocoa powder into another shallow dish.

4.

Roll teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture by hand into small balls, roll them in the cocoa powder and place each ball into a paper candy cup. Arrange in the chilled dish and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
