100 grams Dark chocolate
125 grams Milk chocolate
125 grams Whipped cream
30 grams softened butter
2 tablespoons Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
40 Chocolate molds

Preparation steps

1.

Chop both of the chocolates. Boil the cream in a pot and remove from the heat. Let the chocolate melt in the cream, stirring constantly.

Chop the butter into small flakes and fold into the chocolate cream. Stir in the orange liqueur. Allow to cool at room temperature. The mixture should be creamy.

3.

Pour the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Squeeze the cream into the chocolate molds and let dry before serving.
