1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 centiliters Cocoa liqueur (or 1 tablespoon espresso)
2 centiliters Rum (or non-alcoholic rum or rum flavoring)
60 grams Ladyfinger (or cookies)
250 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar
80 grams Vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons Chocolate

Preparation steps

Mix the cocoa powder with the powdered sugar and 50 ml (approximately 3 1/2 tablespoons) of warm water. Stir in the liqueur and rum. The break ladyfingers coarse and distribute half to four glasses. Drizzle with half of the cocoa-rum mixture. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.

Mix the cream with the yogurt and layer half of the mixture over half of the ladyfingers in the glasses. Top with the remaining ladyfingers, sprinkle with the remaining cocoa-rum mixture and cover with the remaining cream. Serve sprinkled with chocolate chips.
