Preparation steps

For the nougatine: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slightly toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet, remove and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the honey with the powdered sugar until lightly caramelized and stir in the pine nuts. Pour onto the baking sheet, spread thinly and leave to set.

For the soup: Coarsely chop the chocolate. In a saucepan, heat the milk with the cream, add the chocolate and allow to melt. Stir in the coffee, and pour into small bowls. Break the nougatine into pieces and serve with the soup.
