Dark chocolate (min. 60% cocoa)
20 grams
125 milliliters

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Butter 4 soufflé molds and sprinkle with sugar.

Melt butter in a pot. Chop chocolate and add to butter, stir to melt. Cool slightly. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and heat on low heat, stirring, until cream thickens. Cool slightly, stirring.

Separate eggs and add egg yolks to the mixture. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and gently fold into mixture. Pour mixture into molds and place them onto a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
