1 centiliter Cognac (to taste)
2 tablespoons Palm oil
100 milliliters Whipped cream (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Break the chocolate into pieces, and melt in a bowl over a hot water bath. Mix the palm oil, espresso, and cognac into the chocolate and stir until the desired color and consistency is reached. The sauce should be thick and creamy.

This sauce goes well served with ice cream, pancakes, or fruit.
