4 ounces rolled Oats
1 ounce cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Rum
3 drops Almond extract
For the covering

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk butter and sugar until creamy in a food processor.

Add oatmeal, cocoa powder, rum and almond extract and process until smooth. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles, let dry overnight.

Rum balls can be kept in cans for 1-2 weeks. Serve as needed.
