125 grams dark Chocolate
3 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
½ liter low-fat milk
1 egg

Preparation steps

1.

Chop off small piece of chocolate and set aside. Coarsely chop the rest. Combine sugar with cornstarch and mix with 5 tablespoons of milk. Heat remaining milk, add chopped chocolate and melt, stirring. Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture, bring to a boil again and remove from heat.

Separate egg. Whisk egg yolk and fold into chocolate mixture. Beat egg white until stiff. Cool pudding and fold in egg white. Rinse 4 ramekins with cold water and pour pudding into them. Grate reserved chocolate and sprinkle pudding with it. Serve.
