250 grams Dark couverture chocolate

Preparation steps

Chop the biscotti coarsely, sprinkle with the amaretto liqueur, and let soak for 1 hour.

Toast the pistachios in a dry pan. Melt the dark chocolate couverture in a bowl over hot water bath.

Stir together the cream, melted chocolate, soaked biscotti, and toasted pistachios.

Line a rectangular pan with parchment paper, and spread the chocolate and pistachio mixture in an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into small cubes to serve.
