1 ¾ ounces Milk chocolate couveture
2 ½ ounces peeled Hazelnuts
2 ½ ounces blanched almonds
16 Marshmallow

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate coarsely, place in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water and melt. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

2.

Toast the nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown, remove and chop coarsely.

3.

Thread the marshmallows on branches or wooden sticks and dip halfway into the melted chocolate. Turn in the chopped nuts to coat and let dry.
