Preparation steps

1.

Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the oatmeal and chopped nuts. Knead until it becomes a dough, then mix in chopped chocolate.

Place the dough in globs the size of a tablespoon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

3.

Bake at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes.
