Milk chocolate (roughly chopped)

cream (at least 30% fat)
9 ounces
5 ounces
whole Nut (e. g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, shelled)

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Remove from the heat, leave to cool slightly, then stir in the cream.
2.
Add the biscuits and nuts and spread onto a baking tray covered with grease-proof paper.
3.
Chill for at least 2 hours and then serve in slices.
