2 egg whites
120 milliliters Orange juice
50 milliliters Grand Marnier
90 milliliters vegetable oil
140 grams Pastry flour
180 grams sugar
100 grams finely grated dark Couverture
60 grams cornstarch
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp grated Orange peel
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

1.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the orange juice, Grand Marnier and oil. Mix with the beaten egg whties. Mix the flour, sugar, chocolate, cornstarch, baking powder, orange peel and salt. Fold the egg white mixture into the flour mixture.

Grease the wells of a muffin tin and pour in the batter. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
