Preparation steps

Butter 4 ramekins and sprinkle with flour.

Melt butter in a pot. Add flour and cocoa and stir until dry ingredients have been completely absorbed by butter. Add milk and stir on low heat until creamy. Add sugar and remove pot from heat immediately. Cool briefly, stirring. Separate eggs. Add egg yolks to batter, mix well. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold in gently. Pour mixture into ramekins and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes.

Garnish with blueberries and mint. Serve.
