Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil, pour over the chocolate in the bowl and stir until melted. Stir in the chopped butter.

Whip the heavy cream until stiff then fold into the chocolate mixture. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.
