125 milliliters milk

24 red bonbons
12 pieces Licorice candy
12 sour, green Fruit roll-up

Preparation steps

For the cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Separate the eggs between 2 bowls. Beat the egg yolks with the butter, 40 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate, milk, flour and baking powder until thoroughly combined. If necessary, add more milk to achieve a looser consistency. Beat the egg whites until stiff and glossy, while adding the remaining sugar 1 spoonful at a time. Divide the batter between paper-lined muffin tins. Bake on the middle rack until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from muffin tin and cool completely on a wire rack.

For the decoration: In a bowl, beat the cream until stiff. Spread on top of the cupcakes. Place 2 red candies at the top for eyes, a piece of licorice for the nose, the fruit roll-up for the hair and the chocolate chips for the mouth.
