1 package Vanilla sugar
60 grams Pastry flour
1 generous pinch Baking powder

100 grams Whipped cream
½ whipped cream stabilizer
7 small Chocolate covered marshmallow cookies
100 grams Quark
For decoration
100 grams Whipped cream
½ package whipped cream stabilizer
Chocolate sprinkles
6 small Chocolate covered marshmallow cookies
Fruit gummy
Sugar pearls
Decorating icing

Preparation steps

1.

Separate the eggs. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with 35 grams (approximately 2 tablespoons) of sugar and the vanilla sugar until frothy

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line the bottom of an 18 cm (approximately 7-inch) springform pan with parchment paper. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle the flour and baking powder over the mixture and fold in gently.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool in the pan on a wire rack.

For the filling: Beat the cream with the whipped cream stabilizer until stiff. Fold in the chocolate covered marshmallows and the quark.

6.

Halve the cake horizontally, spread the cream filling over the bottom half and replace the top.

7.

For decoration: Beat the cream with the whipped cream stabilizer until stiff  and spread over the top and sides of the cake. Decorate the sides with the chocolate sprinkles.

8.

Decorate the top of the cake with chocolate covered marshmallows, gummy laces, sugar pearls and decorating icing.
