Melt butter. Chop chocolate by hand or in a blender. Combine eggs with powdered sugar, honey, milk, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Combine baking powder with flour. Combine cooled butter with chocolate. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, covered, for at least two hours.
Butter madeleine cookie baking tray and sprinkle with flour. Fill 3/4 of molds with batter and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, loosen from mold and cool completely. Serve.
