Chocolate Macadamia Nut Clusters
Chop the dark chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Pour into 6 silicone muffin cups, turn to coat all sides then drain. Once the chocolate is completely solid, carefully remove from the silicone molds.
Chop the milk chocolate and melt with the peanut butter. Toss with the ramen and nuts then transfer to the chocolate molds. Sprinkle with sugar pearls and press a chocolate in the center. Let cool completely.
