Chocolate Ice Cream
Everyone should be aware that this recipe is not one of the healthiest. The ice chocolate is nevertheless good for our mood and can cool us down on hot summer days. Dark chocolate helps us stay focused because it improves our blood circulation in the brain.
If you want it a little less calorie and sugar, you can do without the chocolate ice cream and instead put 3-4 ice cubes together with the chocolate milk in a mixer. Mix briefly so that pieces of ice can still be seen.
Heat the milk. Break the dark chocolate into pieces. Combine the chocolate and instant coffee with the milk and melt together while stirring continuously. Refrigerate.
Spoon 2 balls of chocolate ice cream into 2 glasses and pour the cold chocolate milk over it. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff.
Serve the cold chocolate milk with the beautiful cream topping.
