150 milliliters sweetened condensed milk
50 grams cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Fructose (20 grams)
500 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
15 grams Dark chocolate
also:
6 Ice cream cone

Preparation steps

In a metal bowl, whisk together condensed milk, cocoa powder, fructose and yogurt until smooth. Freeze 4 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes with a fork to prevent large ice crystals from forming. (Alternatively, process in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions, 30-45 minutes.)

Meanwhile, chop chocolate. Scoop ice cream onto cones and serve sprinkled with chocolate.
