Chocolate Ice Cream
The sweetness of bananas and their creamy consistency make added sugar and cream superfluous in this delicious chocolate nicecream. The raw cocoa powder contains plenty of antioxidants that protect our body cells from damage by free radicals - a real superfood ice cream!
You can vary the Nicecream as you wish, the basis is always pureed bananas, which are refined with various other ingredients. For example, nut purée (e.g. almond or hazelnut purée) or other frozen fruit such as raspberries or strawberries are also very good.
Briefly, bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Whip the egg yolks with the vanilla until fluffy and gradually add the sugar. Pour the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture while stirring constantly.
Return the mixture to the pan and heat again while stirring, until the liquid thickens slightly (do not boil). Remove from the heat.
Melt the chocolate with 3 tablespoons of cream over a pan of hot water. Immediately stir into the egg-milk with the cocoa powder until the chocolate is dissolved. Allow to cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Whip the remaining cream slightly and stir into the chocolate milk. Place the dessert into an ice cream machine to finish.
Serve divided into bowls.
