250 grams brown sugar
4 Tbsps cocoa powder
3 drops vanilla extract
6 centiliters Coffee liqueur

Preparation steps

Combine sugar with 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until sugar has dissolved. Mix cocoa with 4 tablespoons of cold water and vanilla, add to sugared water and bring to a boil again. Remove from heat, add liqueur and cool. Place mixture into ice cream machine to finish cooking or freeze for about 5 hours in the freezer. Stir every half hour to prevent ict crystals from forming.

Place ice cream into dessert bowls and garnish with raspberries. Serve.
