Chocolate-Hazelnut Drop Cookies
In a bowl, beat the butter with the cane sugar and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs. In another bowl, stir the flour with the baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until thoroughly combined. Fold the hazelnuts and chocolate into the dough.
Dollop tablespoons portions of the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 190°C (approximately 375°F) oven for 15-17 minutes. Cool slightly, remove to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
